Hello, I’m Lisa from Indy Support Services.
I provide counselling, NDIS support, and aged care support for women aged 16 and over across Victoria and Australia-wide online.
My role is to offer a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly without judgement, make sense of what you are going through, and feel genuinely supported.
Alongside counselling, I also provide practical support with daily living, independence, and community connection through NDIS and aged care services.
Everything I offer is gentle, consistent, and tailored to your needs.

Indy Support Services is my private practice based in the Murrindindi Shire of Victoria.
I bring over 10 years of experience in counselling, youth work, age care and disability support, and hold a Bachelor of Social Science (Counselling and Community Services).
As a single mother who has raised my family independently, I also understand the emotional realities of grief, trauma, and life pressure in a personal way.
My approach is grounded, compassionate, and focused on helping women feel safe, supported, and understood.
